Q: Are you a bike shop?
A: We are not a retail bike shop; we are a student hobby club that does bike work to raise money for our club.

Q: I cannot make it to your posted open shop hours. Are you open at any other times?
A: If you contact us, we can arrange a time to meet and receive your bike. However, we pretty much only do service during open shop hours.

Q: How long will service take?
A: This depends on the service required and our current work load. Almost always we can get services done within a week.

Q: Where are you located?
A: When you make an appointment we will let you know. The reason for this policy is that we are located at a private residence and we do not want people coming unannounced.

Q: Can I sell back a bike that I bought from you when I leave town?
A: Yes. We will buy back any bike that we sold minus the cost of repairs and damage to the bike.
